Dan Cossins White has nearly 20 years experience as an elite athlete, high performance sports coach and personal trainer. He believes in an integrated approach and draws influence from his personal experience in many areas including elite sport, martial arts, yoga and uses movement and mindfulness to help his clients become more at one with their bodies and into a state of wellness.
About Dan
Dan competed as an international level sprinter and from there went on to coach sprinters at the highest level. Most notably, by being the personal coach, over a 10 year period, to World Championships 4 x 100 gold medallist, Danny Talbot.
In his search to maximise the performance of his athletes, and in the recovery from a life changing breakdown in 2016 which diverted him from his career in elite sport, he has compiled and developed revolutionary personal training techniques that create a stronger human being, both in BODY and MIND. He operates a client centred approach and utilises methods from a wide range of areas including strength and conditioning, yoga, breathwork, martial arts and a host of other holistic practices.
Dan encourages his clients to focus on health and having fun and at the same time to challenge the limits of what their bodies can do. You can expect it to be like no other exercise you’ve ever done.
Dan is available at Well for sessions in movement, weight training, boxing and outdoor training which includes our awesome NEW rig. He is the owner of White Line Coaching – a high-level personal training and holistic wellness company operating out of the same premises as Well Bath.
