Naturopathic Nutrition & Holistic Health
With over 20 years’ experience in naturopathic nutrition and holistic health, Sue supports people who are seeking more than surface-level solutions. Her work embraces the whole person — mind, body, spirit, and emotions — recognising that true wellbeing is never one-dimensional, and a sense of “wholeness” is what many of us are searching for.
About Sue
Rooted in seasonal health and wellbeing, Sue helps you reconnect with the land you live on and its natural rhythms, supporting sustainable, long-term vitality. With more than a decade of experience supporting people navigating stress, burnout, and cancer diagnoses, she offers grounded, compassionate care that meets you exactly where you are.
As she continues to deepen her work in counselling and depth psychology, Sue focuses on getting to the root of what’s really going on. She empowers you to make meaningful changes that feel right for you, at your own pace — because she knows that one size never fits all.
Sue also brings lived experience of ADHD and neurodiversity, both personally and through raising children with a range of diagnoses. This shapes her deep respect for difference, nervous systems, and the many unique ways people experience the world.
If you’re looking for something a little different — someone who will truly see you, hear you, and walk alongside you — you’re in the right place.
Please note: Sue does not offer diagnostic testing or in-depth eating plans. If these are something you’re seeking, she is happy to refer you to trusted practitioners.
Qualifications & Approach
Sue holds a Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition (CNM) and training in Eco Therapy, alongside a range of sports-based qualifications. Her work is further informed by experience in facilitation, coaching, and holding safe, supportive spaces for personal exploration and change. She weaves together meditation, mindfulness, nature connection, and journalling to create gentle, grounded practices that support insight, regulation, and meaningful transformation — always tailored to the individual.
“As I reflect over the last four weeks, I smile with immense gratitude for you, and for nature, providing the safety and guidance needed, to allow the space and freedom for my voice to be heard without judgment. I am grateful to you for sharing your wisdom, and the connections through wonderful nature based practices. I am coming home to myself at a deeper level. There was something you said at the beginning that felt really important, and reassuring…this will take time, things won’t instantly be gone and forgotten about, healing will take time and you don’t have to carry this….I think hearing this out loud took the pressure off of the expectations I had put upon myself to fix things instantly. Your gentle guidance allowed me to feel safe, this was really important to me. Checking in with me throughout allowed me to feel seen and heard. Sue, you are a wonderfully compassionate, and intuitive therapist with a clear passion and connection to nature."
