About Laura
Laura helps women in midlife reclaim their health and feel confident in their bodies through simple, joyful nutrition and lifestyle changes that get to the heart of their symptoms.
Her passion for women’s health grew from her own experiences with PCOS, fertility challenges, and later, perimenopause. In her early 40s, she faced stress and severe acne rosacea that knocked her confidence — until she used nutrition, rest, and balance to turn things around.
Determined to help other women do the same, Laura completed a Masters in Nutritional Therapy, for her dissertation she designed and ran a 14-day nutrition and lifestyle programme for women in perimenopause. The results were impressive – participants reduced their symptoms by 36% in just two weeks and felt calmer, happier, more energised, lighter, and better rested. This success fuelled my passion for supporting women to make simple changes that can make a huge difference.
Through her personalised one-to-one programmes, Laura works closely with each client to understand their unique health story, using food journals, test results, and compassionate coaching. She empowers women to make manageable, joyful changes that truly transform their wellbeing. Laura also runs group menopause programmes which supports women to ease their symptoms and feel at home in their bodies again.
Laura’s approach is encouraging, empathetic, practical, and fun.
“Since working with Laura, my energy levels have significantly increased and are now sustainable throughout the day. My hunger has decreased, and cravings for sugar and white carbs have vanished. This has helped calm my nervous system, my blood sugars are more stable and I've lost almost 4kg in 5-6 weeks. A huge thank you to Laura for helping me address my weight, nervous system, pre-diabetes, and high blood pressure. I highly recommend Laura to anyone looking to improve their nutrition and overall well-being. Her unique approach is effective, and her empathy makes her a pleasure to work with.”

“I had been battling with hot sweats, bloating, in addition to the fact that I had put on a stone of weight and was struggling to get into the mindset of losing it. Frustrated that I was struggling to make time to move my body and work stresses to take control... Laura has provided me with tools to look at my diet in a different way. I now have managed to bring back habits that I had lost, short practices of yoga almost every day, and time to go for a walk and move. Subtle changes to my diet have considerably reduced my bloating and I feel healthier for it… Social media and the internet bombard you with the secrets to fighting the menopause leaving you more confused, Laura gives you honest advice and support for you to make educated decisions on your health and nutrition. That is priceless.”
