About Flora
Flora is a Therapeutic Yoga Teacher and an Āyurvedic Health Educator based in Bath.
After discovering the world of yoga, for the past 6 years, she has been helping others and herself cope with personal hardship and stress relief. She became a Vinyasa Yoga instructor in 2019. After experiencing her own injury and burnout and witnessing the level of injury and burnout in her community, she went on a deep dive in studying Yoga Nidrā, Supreme Release Yoga Therapy and other aspects of the Vedic tradition such as scriptural studies, Vāstu and Tantra.
She now specializes in sharing these deeply restorative and nourishing yoga practices – Yoga Nidrā and Supreme Release Yoga – with individuals who find themselves in need of rejuvenation and replenishment. She has travelled to the US to learn Advanced Hands-On SRY Therapy techniques, and she is currently the only practitioner in the UK trained in this unique approach to Yoga Therapy.
In addition to her education as a Therapeutic Yoga Teacher, Flora has completed academic studies in Psychology (B.Sc.) and she is a qualified Āyurvedic Health Educator, studying in both India and Italy under intensive mentorship. Her Āyurveda background informs all her work. Flora also offers Āyurvedic Health Consultations as a standalone service or integrated into individual Yoga Therapy packages.
