His sessions blend movement, intention, and angelic guidance to support clarity, alignment, and inner truth. Ed welcomes anyone seeking grounded, compassionate spiritual support at any stage of their journey.
About Ed
Ed is a professionally trained Dancer and Choreographer with a BA (Hons) in Dance, specialising in contemporary, ballet, and choreography, and he is also a certified Angel Guide and Reiki Master.
He blends movement, intention, and energy work to create grounded and accessible spiritual experiences.
Ed’s path into this work began through lived experience. For most of his life he appeared bright and warm, yet internally he carried deep overwhelm, sensitivity, and a sense of not quite fitting in. Over time, he discovered that this wasn’t emotional instability — it was clairsentience. He had been absorbing other people’s emotions and energies as if they were his own. Recognising this changed everything: he wasn’t broken, he was open. As he healed, the presence of angels became unmistakable. Their guidance helped him protect, clear, and centre his energy, and taught him how to distinguish his own inner truth from the noise around him. What began as survival became devotion.
Alongside his spiritual path, Ed brings over two decades of movement training, including a childhood in gymnastics and ten years of formal dance training under teachers from the Royal Ballet, English National Ballet, and professional choreographers across multiple styles. Dance remains one of his languages — a modality he now uses intentionally within Channel Dance, alongside his other healing work.
Today, Ed offers Sacred Octahedral Healing, Angel Sessions, Channel Dance, and Reiki. His approach is warm, intuitive, and deeply human — holding space with clarity, compassion, and honesty.
His intention is to help people reconnect with their spirit — to recognise what is truly theirs, release what is not, and cultivate the clarity and inner discernment needed to walk through life from a place of authentic, grounded truth. His work is for those at every stage of their spiritual path: whether someone is just returning to themselves or has been walking this journey for years. Ed believes that support is not a replacement for inner wisdom, but a companion to it — a way for us to grow, honour, and remember together. No one is meant to walk their healing alone, and his space is open to all who wish to deepen, expand, or simply be held as they continue becoming who they truly are.
