Thrive Programme / Structural Integration
Paul uses Structural Integration (Rolfing), dynamic functional movement and manipulation of the ‘magical’ fascia to bring balance, poise and power into your life. In sessions Paul frees and lengthens your stuck and painful body and mind patterns, old and new, for good.
Paul has worked on many continents and with many different walks of life . He has been inspired and blessed by the Massai medicine man in the rift valley, and journeyed with the Yawa-nawa shaman. Paul studied Rolfing at the foot of the rocky mountains with the fairest native american shaman rolfer on record. He has been lucky enough to be befriended and gently guided by many incredible practitioners from near and far who have shared their wisdom freely.
Paul shares that we are much more than we have been taught and is fascinated by human potential. We are all much more than we realise and being lucky enough to see people expand and grow is what gets Paul up in the morning. Whether it is clearing old pains and problem, resolving lifelong emotional burdens or a complete metamorphosis, Paul’s experience is that everyone can Thrive.

Mirella is an enthusiastic and outgoing person who has always enjoyed learning and improving. She believes, upon discovering the practice of yoga 8 years ago, it has changed her approach to life and situations completely.
Studying the depths of the practice in India was one the best experience of her entire life (after giving birth to her daughter of course).
She is qualified in Ashtanga, but loves mixing the practice up with other poses too, to keep her classes fresh and innovative. She loves what she does and passing the same passion on to her students. There is so much to learn from each other in every class.
At Well Bath, Mirella offers Hatha Flow. Mirella welcomes all levels into her classes; the yogis will be tested and the novices made welcome and nurtured.
Mirella is a favourite in the yoga community. We are lucky enough to have her expertise at Well Bath.

In house Tattoo Artist & Yoga Teacher
Celi began her career as a Personal Trainer, masseuse and class instructor at a gym in Wokingham, this is how she discovered the Yoga practice which went on to change the shape her life. In 2004 she left the fitness industry, but having practiced yoga for many years, in 2015 Celi took a 200hrs teacher training with Anne Marie Newland at Sun Power Yoga School. This was a trial by fire as it coincided with a traumatic marriage breakdown and some big life changes, but it also showed Celi how important her practice was and gave her more motivation to share it with others. Her yoga classes reflect her personal need for movement, due to the sit down nature of her work and her love for self development.

At 14 after receiving her first tattoo, Celi decided that this was what she wanted to do with her life. She gave up school and looked for a tattoo apprenticeship. This was harder than she thought so she found herself working in the fitness industry until 2004, when Celi managed to find a way into tattooing via body piercing and began to learn how to work with pigments and skin. Celi opened her own busy studio in 2009 in Devizes and was there for over 8 years. From 2015 her life and tattoo career underwent some changes, which culminated in a move to Well Bath.
“A tattoo studio in a wellness and yoga centre may seem a bit random. But, I believe so strongly in the healing and transformational power of tattooing. To me, it isn’t just about putting pictures on skin, it is about empowerment and healing and reclaiming something from the world. Throughout time we have marked our bodies for so many reasons and I love that I can connect with people who have the urge to do so in these more modern times. I love to work with decorative and restorative tattoos, scar tissue, coverups, memorial pieces and symbolism, and hope that I can create a beautiful tattoo and tattoo experience for all of my clients, who I always come to think of as friends.”
Celi tattoos in many styles and loves to work with scars and coverups, with a special place in her heart for areola restorations for breast surgery survivors.
