Holistic Therapist
Joe studied Hatha Yoga and Prana Kriya Yoga in Tiruvannamalai in Tamil Nadu, India under the tutelage of yogi Ashokanada. With over 10 years as a Tui Na massage therapist (deep tissue acupressure) and previously working as a personal trainer, Joe has a vast understanding of the body and its innate healing power. Joe rehabilitated himself from a serious back injury using Tui Na, Prana Kriya Yoga and Himalayan Hatha Yoga as primary tools.
He now lives a pain free, happy and able life and loves to share the positive benefits that these techniques can offer; helping people to get out of pain, improve their health, gain clarity of mind and develop internal strength.

PAUL
Thrive Programme / Structural Integration
Paul uses Structural Integration (Rolfing), dynamic functional movement and manipulation of the ‘magical’ fascia to bring balance, poise and power into your life. In sessions Paul frees and lengthens your stuck and painful body and mind patterns, old and new, for good.
Paul has worked on many continents and with many different walks of life . He has been inspired and blessed by the Massai medicine man in the rift valley, and journeyed with the Yawa-nawa shaman. Paul studied Rolfing at the foot of the rocky mountains with the fairest native american shaman rolfer on record. He has been lucky enough to be befriended and gently guided by many incredible practitioners from near and far who have shared their wisdom freely.
Paul shares that we are much more than we have been taught and is fascinated by human potential. We are all much more than we realise and being lucky enough to see people expand and grow is what gets Paul up in the morning. Whether it is clearing old pains and problem, resolving lifelong emotional burdens or a complete metamorphosis, Paul’s experience is that everyone can Thrive.

Dan has nearly 20 years experience as an elite athlete, high performance sports coach and personal trainer. He believes in an integrated approach and draws influence from his personal experience in many areas including elite sport, martial arts, yoga and uses movement and mindfulness to help his clients become more at one with their bodies and into a state of wellness.
Dan encourages his clients to focus on health and having fun and at the same time to challenge the limits of what their bodies can do. You can expect it to be like no other exercise you’ve ever done.
Dan is available at Well for sessions in movement, weight training, boxing and outdoor training and also for group exercise training under his Swift Fit 66 programme.
THOMASINA
Network Chiropractor
Dr Thomasina Craster has 18 years of experience as a chiropractor and has run her own practice for 17 years.
She trained for five years at the University of Glamorgan, Wales, and graduated in 2005 as a fully qualified traditional chiropractor and doctor of chiropractic. She is registered with the General Chiropractic Council and a member of the United Chiropractic Association.
She specialises neurologically and is certified at the highest level to practice a revolutionary technique called Network Spinal Analysis and its closely related system of Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI) breathing exercises. Network Chiropractic is a very gentle, no crack required technique, especially helpful for chronic, long standing issues by releasing stress and trauma from the body.
Dr Thomasina runs SRI breath workshops and day retreats called Clear days to help access the trauma stored in the body that holds us back from fully healing all aspects of our lives.

ILONA
Acupuncturist
Ilona began practising Satyanandayoga in Sydney Australia 2009. She was struck by how quickly this gentle style of yoga dropped her into a place of stillness and heightened awareness. This revelation inspired her to delve deeper into yoga’s offerings, and she completed a Diploma in Yogic Studies and Teacher Training from the Academy of Yoga Science.
Ilona is particularly inspired by the healing and uplifting bhakti yoga practice of mantra chanting and singing kirtan in community.
She is a practising Registered nurse of 25 years and has a background in Traditional Chinese medicine. Ilona happily shares her time between the RUH Trust and Well Bath.

Jane
Yoga Therapist and Yoga Teacher
Jane has 35 years of experience in the fields of Social Work and Psychology having trained at the University of Bath for four years and later, at the University of Central Lancashire for two years. Although she recently retired from these disciplines, she uses the knowledge and skills gained from them in her current role as a Yoga Therapist having recently graduated from a further three years of study at The Minded Institute in London.
While all yoga is beneficial for physical and mental health, yoga therapy uses specific yoga tools to target individual needs. It considers every aspect of a person’s life in order to help them achieve optimum health, promoting self-care and empowerment. Jane is a Minded Yoga Therapist who combines Yoga, Buddhism, Psychology, Psychotherapy, and Mindfulness with specific evidence-based practices rooted in science (anatomy, physiology, and neuroscience).
Jane is a calm, compassionate person who works hard to hold a safe therapeutic space for clients.

Over the past 16 years Sharon developed a love for everything natural, holistic after her youngest daughter was diagnosed with ME/CFS at the age of 10. Suddenly, everything about the way they lived as a family became more important, her daughter mental and physical wellbeing became the top priority. This ignited Sharon’s passion for healing and looking into the root causes of health issues.
Sharon discovered natural ways of looking at her health from diet and nutrition to sleep and emotional support. Her purpose in life was to learn and discover new and exciting ways of looking at her health problems and how to improve them.
Between them, they have found what works for her, and Sharon has discovered some amazing holistic treatments and her calling along the way.
The treatments Sharon offers provide positive transformations, supporting clients to take their health and wellbeing into their own hands. All treatments are holistic, non-invasive and look at the body as a whole. This means understanding people as physical, emotional, spiritual and energetic beings whose experience of life is affected by factors such as age, life experience and beliefs.

Olivia is a physiotherapist, lymphoedema practitioner, hatha yoga teacher and reflexologist who provides holistic care and treatment to optimise health and wellbeing, while finding balance in the body, mind and spirit. All treatments are personalised to the individual, dependent on their wishes and needs. Olivia aims to empower her clients to work towards a life of balance and wellness.
Olivia has been a qualified physiotherapist for 15years and can offer 1:1 physiotherapy appointments. She specialises in cancer care and has experience with all tumour groups. She aims to support people living with and beyond a cancer diagnosis, optimising health and wellbeing before, during and after treatment. She appreciates the physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual impact cancer can have on an individual and their loved ones.

Sound Healing Specialist
Amy utilises Reiki Energy Healing, Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy and Sound Healing with the Gong to offer personalised sessions to improve her client’s health, vitality and wellbeing. She calls on her education in Psychology and Nutrition, her training in Gong Sound Healing and Reiki Healing, and knowledge of Herbal Medicine, Flower Remedies, Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine to provide a truly holistic approach to health.
Amy believes that we all hold the innate ability to heal and be full of vitality, yet with the prevalence of modern lifestyles, high stress levels and processed foods, sometimes we need to give our bodies a helping hand to find their way back to a place of balance.
Amy offers group Gong Bath sessions at Well, as well as 1-1 therapies, focussing on creating warm and welcoming spaces to feel relaxed and at ease.

Tanya is committed to helping individuals embrace the incredible power of the subconscious mind helping clients overcome limiting beliefs and self sabotage allowing them to embrace their best selves and live the life they were born to.
Tanya’s journey began eight years ago during her own healing process. Feeling lost and numb, she explored various therapeutic modalities, these experiences inspired her to help others find their North Star.
She believes in everyone’s potential for transformation and supports clients through challenges such as anxiety, low self-esteem, procrastination, body image, weight and health issues, peak performance , amongst other limiting belief habits.
