JOE
Yoga Teacher
Joe studied Hatha Yoga and Prana Kriya Yoga in Tiruvannamalai in Tamil Nadu, India under the tutelage of yogi Ashokanada. With over 10 years as a Tui Na massage therapist (deep tissue acupressure) and previously working as a personal trainer, Joe has a vast understanding of the body and its innate healing power. Joe rehabilitated himself from a serious back injury using Tui Na, Prana Kriya Yoga and Himalayan Hatha Yoga as primary tools.
He now lives a pain free, happy and able life and loves to share the positive benefits that these techniques can offer; helping people to get out of pain, improve their health, gain clarity of mind and develop internal strength.

PT / Swift Fit Group Exercise Classes
Dan has nearly 20 years experience as an elite athlete, high performance sports coach and personal trainer. He believes in an integrated approach and draws influence from his personal experience in many areas including elite sport, martial arts, yoga and uses movement and mindfulness to help his clients become more at one with their bodies and into a state of wellness.
Dan encourages his clients to focus on health and having fun and at the same time to challenge the limits of what their bodies can do. You can expect it to be like no other exercise you’ve ever done.
Dan is available at Well for sessions in movement, weight training, boxing and outdoor training which includes our awesome NEW rig.
MIRELLA
Yoga Teacher
Mirella is an enthusiastic and outgoing person who has always enjoyed learning and improving. She believes, upon discovering the practice of yoga 8 years ago, it has changed her approach to life and situations completely.
Studying the depths of the practice in India was one the best experience of her entire life (after giving birth to her daughter of course).
She is qualified in Ashtanga, but loves mixing the practice up with other poses too, to keep her classes fresh and innovative. She loves what she does and passing the same passion on to her students. There is so much to learn from each other in every class.
At Well Bath, Mirella offers Hatha Flow. Mirella welcomes all levels into her classes; the yogis will be tested and the novices made welcome and nurtured.
Mirella is a favourite in the yoga community. We are lucky enough to have her expertise at Well Bath.

DIANE
Yoga Teacher
Diane Lee is approachable, honest and full of fun.
Founder of the award-winning Bath Yoga Studio, and the Academy for Yoga Training, Diane has been teaching for nearly 25 years.
She has trained with some of the world’s leading Yoga teachers, including Ana Forrest, Shiva Rea and David Swenson.
Diane is also a fully accredited Yoga Sports Coach, Health Coach (Paul Chek Institute) Masseuse and has worked with Mark Webber as well as professional footballers, swimmers, triathletes and track and field athletes.
She also qualified with Kyle Gray as an Angel Card Reader in 2021.

ILONA
Yoga Teacher / Acupuncturist
Ilona began practising Satyanandayoga in Sydney Australia 2009. She was struck by how quickly this gentle style of yoga dropped her into a place of stillness and heightened awareness. This revelation inspired her to delve deeper into yoga’s offerings, and she completed a Diploma in Yogic Studies and Teacher Training from the Academy of Yoga Science.
Ilona is particularly inspired by the healing and uplifting bhakti yoga practice of mantra chanting and singing kirtan in community.
She is a practising Registered nurse of 25 years and has a background in Traditional Chinese medicine. Ilona happily shares her time between the RUH Trust and Well Bath.

BEX
Yoga Teacher
Bex’s style of teaching is fluid, inclusive and evolving, inspired by her background as an artist, a mother and my nomadic lifestyle. She has faced challenges in her life with residual tension, anxiety and trauma and continues to do so, embracing the fluctuations of life’s bitter sweet flavours, whilst focusing on finding acceptance of self, and building emotional and physical resilience in order to live to her fullest potential.
She has completed her 200 and 500 hour Yoga training in India and London, as well as specialising in yoga for anxiety and depression, and Yin and Restorative Yoga training.
She guides people to practice from a place of mindful engagement rather than creating more strain, discomfort and ego. Bex encourages curiosity, creativity and playfulness through her classes, and tries not to take herself too seriously… her aim is purely to hold a space where you can come home to yourself, and maybe fall in love.

JESS
Yoga Teacher
Jess is an experienced yoga teacher, personal trainer and holistic therapist and therefore has a deep understanding of both the mind and body. She has worked in some of the most prestigious gyms, studios and hotels in the Bath area, and is very excited to share her knowledge and expertise.
She has a very friendly and warm approach to teaching and ensures everyone feels comfortable and welcome. Jessica believes that yoga is something to be enjoyed by everyone, whether you are looking to find more mindfulness, improved strength or greater flexibility.

OLIVIA
Yoga Teacher
Olivia teaches at 75minute yoga class at Well Bath, for people living with and after cancer, to offer a space to reconnect with themselves and others who have been through a similar journey. The class includes a combination of gentle asanas, vinyasa flows and breathwork, which is adaptable to all levels, and plenty of time to rest in Savasana at the end of the practice.
Olivia has been a qualified physiotherapist for 15years and is also a lymphoedema practitioner, hatha yoga teacher and reflexologist who provides holistic care and treatment to optimise health and wellbeing, while finding balance in the body, mind and spirit.
Olivia teaches on Wednesday afternoons at 1pm
JESS
Yoga Teacher
Jess believes in the nourishing and healing power of yoga for mind, body and soul.
Having practised for over 10 years, Jess loves nothing more than sharing her joy of yoga and all the discoveries she has made.
Her Hatha yoga classes are balanced with dynamic asanas and calming restorative elements, suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike; with options and invitations throughout.
Jess’s students have said that she facilitates a calming, welcoming space to practice.
Jess teaches on Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm
LAUREN
Yoga Teacher
Lauren is a yoga teacher, academic researcher, and writer.
She is qualified in Hatha, Restorative, and Peri-/Postnatal Yoga, and likes exploring new approaches and creative sequences.
As a mum to two energetic young boys, Lauren enjoys the calm, focus and balance that a nourishing yoga practice invites.
Her Yin & Restorative yoga classes provide the perfect combination of gentle stretches, guided meditation and restful, restorative poses. She provides a nurturing, welcoming space in which to ease physical tension, find mental clarity and access a state of calm. Clients often comment on her gentle, soothing voice and her aptitude for enabling deep relaxation.
Lauren respects that every body is different – and that the way we feel varies from day to day – and always offers a variety of ways to explore each pose, encouraging you to listen to your body and take it at your own pace. Peri- and postnatal students are welcome to Lauren’s classes.
