Having practised for over 10 years, Jess loves nothing more than sharing her joy of yoga and all the discoveries she has made.
Her Hatha yoga classes are balanced with dynamic asanas and calming restorative elements, suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike; with options and invitations throughout.
Jess’s students have said that she facilitates a calming, welcoming space to practice.
Jess teaches on Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm.
"I think of Jess’s Wednesday evening hatha yoga class as my mid-week treat. Jess teaches by example and with gentle humour allowing everyone space to get from the class what they need. I think I like it so much as it’s lovely to have the hour to just move and practice in a welcoming, friendly environment.
Jess creates a class environment where you can give things a go and not mind in the slightest the outcome.
